Construction work is progressing well at Perron. We are putting the final touches on the show suites and presentation centre. Landscaping has started this week and we will be ready for showings very soon. The Brick Masons have recently completed the second building, drywall is underway in the second building.

The concrete stairs in the courtyard are being built for direct access to the townhomes. Our new concrete sidewalk was recently poured. Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC Rough ins are being completed in the 3rd and 4th buildings.
