At Boden, construction is well underway! Listraor is known for designing and building exceptional projects in quality locations throughout Metro Vancouver. Our latest development, Boden, is no exception to this standard. Over the past 25 years, we have continued to build family-friendly townhomes, Boden marking our 8th project along the prominent Oak Street corridor.

Boden’s concrete parking structure is now complete, and the framing crews have completed five out of seven buildings. The plumbers, electricians and HVAC contractors are all working on their rough in. The drywall crew will start hanging sheetrock in a couple of weeks. Once they’re finished, the painters can start their work. We anticipate having the first residents move in toward the end of this year!
