It’s the final countdown! Homes at Perron are nearly ready to move-in. We’re putting in the final touches on interiors – installing appliances in kitchens, touching up paint, and mirrors and shower doors in bathrooms.  

Exteriors are progressing well too. Hardscape concrete and paverstones are being completed. Softscape (flowers, greenery, trees) will be going in shortly after, allowing time for flowers to bloom by spring. The entry trellis and gates will be installed soon.

Underground, parking stall lines are being painted and and storage lockers installed.
