Flora: 12 townhomes on Oak Street in South Cambie

Flora is a boutique collection of 12 townhomes at 5444 Oak Street, in Vancouver’s South Cambie neighbourhood. Completed in 2016 and now sold out, it offered two- to four-bedroom homes in a well-established part of the West Side. Listraor rezoned the site from single-family lots to create it.

Raymond Letkeman Architects designed Flora as two four-storey buildings of six homes, set around a central courtyard with one level of underground parking below. Flora pairs clean, contemporary design with classic forms. Red-brick façades give it street appeal, wood details and doors add warmth, and large windows fill every living space with natural light.

Flora sits near West 38th Avenue and shares its block with Aston and Bennett. Queen Elizabeth Park, Oakridge Park and the Canada Line are all close by, and Eric Hamber Secondary is a short walk away.
